Great teams don't happen by accident
Organisational performance hinges on collective team performance. Unfortunately, the natural state of a team is dysfunction. To avoid this fate teams need to systematically work on the team, not just work as a team.
Over the past decade plus, Shaun Kenny and Michelle Rushton (co-founders of the Leadership Engine platform) have worked with hundreds of teams and collected thousands of team data points. From this we've learned: to improve team performance you need to deepen Relationships (build trust, cultivate candour) and drive Results (get aligned, execute together).
The Building Extraordinary Teams Diagnostic is like a 360 on the team itself where every team member, including the team leader, answers the questions. The output is a collective team profile. This shared starting point is what makes the conversations that follow productive: everyone is working from the same evidence, not just their own perspective.

There are actually four different Building Extraordinary Teams questionnaires depending on the type of team it is for. Each questionnaire shares 80% of the same universally applicable questions and 20% which are tailored to that specific team type.
